These fruits and veggies are suitable fro 6 months baby upward.
Once your baby is 7-8 months he/she is ready for healthy yummy combos. I will be in the comment section if you have any question.
Protein is very essential for babies from 6 months. If you want to feed protein think of the ones rich in iron, calcium and zinc. Add fruits or veggies rich in vitamin C for proper absorption of the iron.
