I love frittata…
This recipe is a leftover turn fresh delicious meal. I don’t worry when I have leftovers all I do is keep it in the freezer for the frittata.
Frittata can make it to the lunch box, is a meal your kids will love. One good thing about this yummy meal is you can use what you have at hand, you can add any veggie your kid love, fish, chicken, ham, sausage the list goes on… Make it fun to eat for kids by using a muffin pan or shaped cake mold to make it. You can check this EGG MUFFIN.
