Hello lovers is been a long time I drop our favorite meal here. My family welcomes a new addiction last month, we are bonding with the little angel that was why I take some time off blogging. Anyways, am back now and I will like to come back with a yummy banana bread.
This banana bread was made with love cos my mum and my kids requested for it. I used sugar, refined flour, and flaxseed meal to make whole. I have the sugar-free version of this recipe HERE whichever recipe you follow is healthy and yummy.
I made my flour wholemeal by adding 1/2 cup of flaxseed meal, that means i used 2 cups of flour and 1/2 cup of flaxseed meal, You can use wholewheat flour for this recipe or use half white flour and half wheat flour.

INGREDIENTS
2 ½ cups flour
6 very ripe banana
½ cup sugar
½ cup melted butter (1 stick)
2 eggs
3 tablespoon milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon or nutmeg powder
METHOD
Preheat oven to 150 degree, grease or line pan with pachememt paper
- In big bowl add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
- Mash banana in another bowl, add milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla mix together
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredient, mix well till incorporate
- Pour into baking pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
