If you are green has just three-ingredient but make a complete chain of food. It is nutrient-dense, easy to cook and have few ingredients.
For the green, I used broccoli because I want a starchy food that day but you can substitute it for spinach or ugu(pumpkin leaf). Banana is what gives a creamy texture and sweet taste so do no omit it.
